The pieces by Running Bare are almost too cool to wear to the gym, its a shame to sweat in such good looking clothes! More like something you’d wear to Sunday Brunch with the girls… Their range is ‘made by women, for women’ by catering to different shapes and sizes so you know you will look good when exercising. Plus, over 70% of their range is manufactured and produced in Australia, the quality and fit is of the highest standard and you’ll be supporting a local business.

SKINS

I always thought Skins were just for elite athletes, I never thought my poor excuse for a work out would benefit from skins. I was wrong. The unique compression technology helped me to recover between sets and took the edge of lactic acid build up away, meaning I could work out for longer and the burn the next day subsided.

The Skins range isn’t limited just to their famous compression wear but they also have a whole range of other stylish pieces including shorts, jackets and tanks. Check out their full range of women’s pieces here and you too can experience the benefit of their compression range!
