The Renaissance was a period of rebirth in the arts, science and European society. It was a time of transition from the ancient world to the modern. In many ways it feels like we're on the cusp of going through this again, but instead stepping away from all the modern conveniences and getting back in touch with what truely matters - human connection, love for ourselves, others and the environment.
This beautiful bridal fashion editorial is filled with some of my favourite Melbourne bridal renegades, those who step away from tradition and convention in weddings and instead choose to be themselves, be unique - and be beautiful. It's striped back, clean and oh so stunning.
From beautiful blooms by Pollen and Patina to a cake which is far more like a work of art by the lovely Torte by Mirjana. The beautiful details on the pieces of our collaborative collection with Cathleen Jia really shine through (not bias I swear) and are perfectly complimented with understated modern jewellery by Fairley Jewellery.
The whole shoot was produced and captured by Petite Visuals - and we hope you love it as much as we do!
