Inspired by a childhood love of nostalgic film scenes, the 2016 Suzanne Harward Couture Collection campaign is entitled Aviator.
Drawing inspiration from the Golden Age of Hollywood Cinema and channeling the emotion and drama of a film scene that leaves behind an enduring impact over time, the Aviator collection exudes old Hollywood glamour and sophistication beyond measure.
Featuring intricate embellishments, embroideries, textured layers of fabric and complex couture construction techniques, Aviator is a made-to-measure Couture Collection with prices starting from $8000.
Shot on location at Lilydale airport in the Yarra Valley the campaign images feature an incredible fully restored Vintage Airways de Havilland DH-82 Tiger Moth flying just inches over the top of model Sarah Burns. Reminiscent of 1930’s film stills these epic frames were artfully captured by international fashion photographer Sam Bisso. Larger than life creative Bec Cole styled the campaign to perfection while British make up artist Victoria Martin executed flawless hair and make up.
