Australian wedding dress designer, Cathleen Jia, is known for her romantic and vintage inspired bridal gowns that effortlessly unifies contemporary elements for the modern bride.
Her latest ready to wear collection, Poetic Soul, draws upon her maturing experience as a designer and has all the elements that brides world-wide have come to know and love about her designs.
The pieces incorporate vintage style lace with modern silhouettes to infuse refreshed life and style into classic looks.
Cathleen’s understanding of dressing for any body shape shines through in this collection as much as any other, with her use of luxurious materials, draping, fabric manipulation and other innovative detail applications that create truly stunning and flattering looks.
Poetic Soul builds upon her previous two Bridal Separates collections, Love Struck and Wild Romance. Best yet, because the pieces are designed to be mixed-and-matched, the collections can be combined with one another, giving brides even more options to create a truly unique bridal look.
The editorial campaign was set at the stunning Riverstone Estate to backdrop against everything that’s beautiful about Australia. As the collection is being launched at London Bridal Fashion Week, it’s an especially exciting opportunity to showcase our stunning natural landscape – as well as the amazing talent we have down under!
The collection will head back to Australia soon for local brides to enjoy. Check out Cathleen Jia’s website for information on stockists, upcoming trunk shows as well as to book in an appointment with Cathleen herself at her Melbourne Bridal Loft.
